At Gainesville Holistic Healthcare, we can get you started on a Meditation practice with our Guided Meditation sessions. These hour-long or half-hour long sessions are designed to teach you how to meditate. We help you look inside yourself to find your own capacity to heal and return your body to its natural state of wellness.
And don’t worry! Not everyone can or should sit cross-legged on a cushion on the floor. There are many correct postures and methods of meditating and our trained staff will help you find a way that works for you!
